It is with great sadness that we have been informed that Lesley Septon (widower of LT CDR John Sephton DSC (posthumous) passed away on Friday 27 February 2026.

Lesley was at her home with family which was her final wish.

Our thoughts are with all the Sephton family at this difficult time.
